  3. Then, enjoy breakfast with a longer time, so the nutrients you eat even more complete. Make sure you are in the breakfast contains protein, fruits, vegetables, and carbohydrates.
  4. If you still have problems to get out of bed, try to move your bed closer to the window easily accessible sunlight. Sunlight will help you to more quickly get up because your brain is more sensitive to light.
