How to Find the misplace Tran ID of Inventory in POFinacle


  • HIMC command is used for inventory movement in POFinacle. We receive the inventory from CSD (ZZ EXT) and transfer to it in Supervisor (DL DL). Then the inventory is transferred to Employee. 
  • HICHB command is used for issued the cheque book in POFinacle. 
  • In both process Tran ID is generated by system. Some time we forget or miss the Tran ID. The following process is used for recover missed Tran ID.
  • Menu Shortcut - HIMI
  • GO
  • Start Date - 
  • Inventory Transaction Status - Entered But not Authorized
  • GO
  • See the Transaction ID Column.
  • Verify the Tran ID from HIMC or HICHB from supervisor according to Transaction.
