Windows 7 ALT + Tab wont stay on top or stick.

When pressing ALT + Tab in Windows 7, you may encounter an issue where the shown open windows will not remain open or stay on top of all other windows. This can be extremely frustrating for anyone who uses ALT + Tab frequently while in Windows. To resolve this issue follow the below steps.
  1. Click the Start orb and in the Search box type advanced system settings and press enter.
  2. In the System Properties window under the Advanced tab click the Settings button.
  3. In the Performance Options window, as shown in the picture to the right uncheck the Enable Aero Peek box.
