Right, with Skype you can even share files with contacts while getting involved in active conversation. What comes as a delight for Skype users intending to send files is that there is no limit to the size or number of files you can send or receive.
Send files using Skype
Start your Skype account. Look up for the contact you would like to share the file with. Use the search bar to simplify the search process. Once found, select the contact from the search results. Then, search for your file name using the Search charm in Windows 8 (Win+F) or the Start menu in Windows 7.
Next step, right click or tap-and-hold the file in the search results and select Open file location. Now, drag and drop the file onto the Skype icon on your taskbar.
