Micromax introduces their first set of Windows Phone devices

The Indian Smartphone manufacturer Micromax, hurls its way with two new Windows Smartphone in the Indian market, Canvas Win W121 and W902. It is the first Indian Smartphone manufacturer to launch the Windows based smartphones.


The Canvas Win 121 comes with a 5-inch IPS display and runs on the latest Windows 8.1 OS. The hardware specification includes a Qualcomm 1.2GHz quad core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage memory, which is expandable up to 32GB. The camera on the phone has an 8MPshooter on the rear and a 2 MP version on the front and also comes with other handy features like the proximity and gravity sensor. On the other hand, the Canvas Win W902 is the starting model priced at 6500. It features a 4-inch display with a 5MPrear camera including a 0.3 MP front one. It comes with Qualcomm quad core processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, 1GB RAM and runs on Windows 8.1OS.
