Visual Studio 2015 and .NET 4.6
Visual Studio 2015 is a tool for Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development. It includes a Visual Diagnostics tool, an Agenda tool and a redesigned user experience. This addition will assist developers to learn about the new technologies coming their way. The new release will also help developers to engage in live and interactive Q&A sessions with the Visual Studio engineering team.
It is a big release of Microsoft with windows 10 coming in next 9 days. Being both released almost at the same time, it gives a new market to consumer and also new tools to developers. Beside Visual Studio 2015, Microsoft has also released Team Foundation Server 2015 and .NET 4.6 on the very same day for download.
You can check out a blog post here by Microsoft spotlighting the latest release. It will give you a good idea about the big step in Microsoft’s journey. The Visual Studio 2015 is live in market and available for download, but the software is not freeware. Oddly, paying for new feature is a big decision for some but here the cost is upheld.
