Google Play Store – Tips and Trips For Android Evolution

The Google Play Store is one of the main reasons why many people choose to purchase an Android device. The store comes with all kinds of applications which are very useful. Today we’ve come with some Google Play Store Tips and Tricks that anyone who owes an Android device should know about.
Setting up authentication to purchase from the Google Play Store
If your kids are usually playing on your Android device, then you should setup an authentication process if someone wants to buy something from the Google Play Store. To do this, open the Google Play Store, go to Menu->Settings->Require authentication for purchases and select “For all purchases through Google Play Store on this device”.

Setting up a parental lock on Google Play Store
In case you own a tablet that’s being used by the entire family, then we suggest you to setup a parental lock or else your kids might have access to some things that you will surely don’t want to.
To setup a parental lock on Google Play Store, you will firstly have to open the official Android store and select the Menu button from the top right side. After that, choose Settings->Parental Controls and toggle it ON. Now you will need to create a parental lock PIN code and setup the restrictions.
Installing an application that’s not available in your country
In case you’ve found an application that’s not available in your country, but you still want to buy it, then don’t worry because you can trick the system by making it believe that you actually live in the country where that application is available. Keep in mind that this trick can also be used in case you find an application cheaper in a country.
You will need to install a VPN application such as Tunnelbear VPN or Hideninja, which will hide your IP address and give you a remote IP address from a country that you select. After that, just open the Google Play Store and you will see that you are able to install an application that’s available only in a country. For example, in case you want to download an application that’s available in the U.S., you will need to get an U.S. IP address.
How to get refunds on the Google Play Store
You can get refunds on the games/applications you’ve bought from the Google Play Store. However, this can be done only within two hours after buying them or else it will not work. After you buy a game or application, you will be able to use it for two hours and if you decide that you don’t like it, just ask for a refund by opening the Google Play Store and selecting the game/application that you want to get a refund for.
