Teller Cash Position Inquiry in DOP Finacle

HTCPIAE:- Stands for Teller Cash Position Inquiry for Employee

• This menu is used to find the present position of the teller(counter PA) in DOP Finacle.
• Usually this menu is used at the end of the end to find the balance of the cash in the teller after completion of all the transaction in DOP Finacle.
• Invoke the menu HTCPIAE then the system will ask you the Employee id  then enter the employee id or select from the searcher
  
    

See in the above figure system will ask to enter the employee id click on searcher then the system will display the list of the users available for that SOL ID  as shown

Then from the list of Employees select the employee to view the balance as shown

Then click on Go to view the cash position in the teller id as shown
