DOP has relaunched the KVP scheme on 18 Nov 2014. Here is step of taking inventory of KVN(KVP NEW). Please note there are old inventories name of KVP available in Finacle but you have to select KVN.
- Menu Shortcut - HIMC>GO>
- Function-ADD>GO
- From Location Class - ZZ
- From Location Code - EXT
- To Location Class - DL
- To Location Code - DL
Fill the inventory by click on Searcher as mention in screen shoot.
- Submit note the Tran ID and verify from supervisor
- HIMC>GO>
- Function-Verify>Fill the Tran ID>GO
- Now inventory is available at Double Lock (DL).
- One step is more for transfer inventory from Double Lock to Employee.
- Menu HIMC>GO>
- Function-ADD>GO
- From Location Class - DL
- From Location Code - DL
- To Location Class - EM
- To Location Code - EMPLOYEE CODE
- Submit note the Tran ID and verify from supervisor
- HIMC>GO>Function-Verify>Fill the Tran ID>GO
- Click On authorize
- Select Authorizer, Fill the password of Authorizer
- Click Submit Button
