SSA Data Entry Module Patch 14 - Sanchay Post Version 7.5 Released by SDC


Prerequisite:
Ensure that  Backup  of all databases relating to  Sanchay Post  are taken and stored in External storage devices.
2.  Ensure  that  Sanchay  Post  Version  7.5  and  all  the  patches  related  to  it  (in  the  same order given below) have been installed in the system.
  1. Service Pack 1 dated 9_May_2014 
  2. P a t c h  5 dated 07_Nov_2014
  3. Patch 6  dated 23_Sep_2014 
  4. Pa t c h  8 dtd 20_Nov_2014
  5. P a t c h  8.1 dtd3_Dec_2014
  6. Patch 7 dated 23_Sep_2014
  7. Patch 10 dated 21_Jan_2015
  8. Patch 10.1 dated 3_Feb_2015
  9. Patch 11 dated 23_Mar_2015
  10. Patch 12 dated 30_Mar-2015
  11. Patch 13 dated 24_Apr_2015
If not installed please install the above patches in the same order

 3.  DO    NOT RUN  UpgradeDB  /    UpgradeDB  PPF  RD  /    KVP_Tool    /    SSA Upgrade, SSA_DEP_Upgrade   /  Patch   11   Upgrade/Patch  12  Upgrade / Patch 13 Upgrade  again.    (As  your  POST  DB  is  upgraded  already  at  the  time  ofinstallation  of  Sanchay  Post  7.5/  Service  Pack  1/  Patch  8,  10,  10.1,  11,  12 , 13 respectively)
4.    Sanchay Post Version 7.0 should not be available in the system.
 
 Scope
The scope of this release is limited to SSA account open and transactions in Data Entry module. No DB updates required for this patch.
 
 Instruction to Post Offices & System Administrators:
1) Access of SSA Data Entry Module is restricted to Data Entry Super only.
2) All security guidelines (such mandatory things as maintenance of register, password policy etc) issued for other Data Entry modules by Directorate will also be applicable to SSA DE Module.
