Guidelines to be followed in Photographs and Signatures of the Customer

DO's and DON'Ts in Opening of an Account

  1. Clear, recent passport-size Photograph of applicant should be pasted in the appropriate column.
  2. Separate photos of Applicants are required in Joint acounts.
  3. Photograph in AOF should not be stapled with.
  4. While CIF updation, any A/c No. belonging to CIF should be mentioned in the Form.
Signatures and Photographs should be properly pasted in the corresponding column


The followings should be avoid while Opening / Updating CIF Details in DOP Finacle
  • PO Name & SOL ID is Mandatory for Identification & Sorting !

In case of Joint Accounts, the CIF Ids of Holder 1 & 2 should be filled in the corresponding fields provided !! 
  • Old Photographs should be avoided, Recent photos should be accepted.
  • Attestation on the Photograph of of the Customer is to be avoided.Separate photos of Applicants are required in Joint Accounts
  • Photographs & Signatures of the applicant(Holder 1,2 etc) should be in the respective columns provided for the purpose.
Note:...
  1. Send the AOFs on daily basis
  2. Pledge applications need not be forwarded to CPC.
  3. Be in touch with CPC for any guidance.
