Clarification for Refund of default fee for MPKBY agents in DOP Finacle

  1. When the Finacle or Agent portal is down on 15th or last working day of a month the system will calculate default fee for late submission.
  2. The concerned CBS post office should calculate the default fee charged by the system and concerned Postmaster should write error book regarding the non functioning of Finacle CBS duly attested copy should be forwarded to Divisional head.
  3. The error entry should be sent along with print out of the mail sent to CPC reporting the non functioning of Finacle to Divisional Head. 
  4. The concerned Divisional Head will refund the default fee to the MPKBY agents only after clarification of the facts about the non functioning of Finacle.
  5. This has been approved by DDG(FS).
