How To Increase Number of Recent Documents Shown in Word 2010



If you have a large screen and you work with a lot of documents within Microsoft Word 2010 it can sometimes be very useful to have your documents easy accessible, and in Microsoft Word you can have them from Recent Documents list. However for some of you this list is probably small and if you want to expend it and add more documents this tutorial will show you how.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Word 2010, click ''File'' and from dropdown menu choose ''Options''
Step 2: Go to ''Advanced'' tab
Step 3: Now scroll down until you rich section ''Display''
Step 4: Now adjust the option 'Show this number of Recent Documents''.
Step 5: Click OK to save your changes. Restart your Microsoft Word and you Recent Documents list should have more documents.
