Inventory of KVN (KVP NEW) in DOP Finacle

DOP  has relaunched the KVP scheme on 18 Nov 2014. Here is step of taking inventory of KVN(KVP NEW). Please note there are old inventories name of KVP available in Finacle but you have to select KVN.

Menu HIMC>GO>Function-ADD>GO

From Location Class - ZZ                from Location Code - EXT
To Location Class - DL                    To Location Code - DL

Fill the inventory by click on Searcher as mention in screen shoot.

Submit note the Tran ID and verify from supervisor
HIMC>GO>Function-Verify>Fill the Tran ID>GO

Now inventory is available at Double Lock (DL). One step is more for transfer inventory from Double Lock to Employee.
Menu HIMC>GO>Function-ADD>GO

From Location Class - DL              from Location Code - DL
To Location Class - EM              To Location Code - EMPLOYEE CODE

Submit note the Tran ID and verify from supervisor
HIMC>GO>Function-Verify>Fill the Tran ID>GO
