HPBP:-Stands for Passbook Print
- This menu is used for printing of pass books in DOP Finacle.
- Duplicate pass book printing is also available in DOP Finacle.
- Invoke the menu HPBP enter the account number then the system validates and displays the name of the account holder and select the column duplicated passbook printed(yes/no) as shown
- If you want to take the duplicate passbook print the duplicate then select the column duplicate passbook printed as "YES" as shown
- If you want to print the new passbook then select the column duplicate passbook as "NO" as shown in the figure
Then click on print then the system shows the details of the customer then select the printer click on submit as shown
- Then in this step if your printer jammed while printing then the system will give another chance in the next screen it will ask print OK as YES or NO.If you click on NO then again printing of same account details is allowed else if you click on YES then no chance to take the print again.
- If you want to take again the print for a particular account then you can select the duplicate passbook as "yes" then proceed for printing.
HPBPR:- Stands for Pass Book Print Reset.
- This menu is used to reset the passbook printed for a particular account in DOP Finacle.
- Invoke the menu HPBPR then select the function as "Reset" ,give the account the account number ,from date and to date as shown
Then click on Accept to make the passbook reset for the given account.
