Error
In Sanchay Post while new forms withdrawal of MIS,SB,NSC it shows an error Issue New form (Database Error) "violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_flow_table_1367E606'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.flow_table'."
Solution:
1. Download attached patches.
2. Extract to DB_Analyser folder.
3. Execute all patches one by one.
