Method 1. Installed Updates
You can uninstall and reinstall IE by simply going to the Control panel and then clicking Programs and Features.
In the left pane, click View installed updates.
Now scroll down and select Internet Explorer, and then click Uninstall.
When you're done, restart Windows
Method 2. Windows Features
Go to Control panel > click on Programs and Features.
Next, On the left pane of Window, click the Turn Windows Features On and Off link
In Turn Windows feature on or off, simply uncheck Internet Explorer 9 and click OK button
Now go ahead and restart your computer.
