Accounts Module GDS Paybill drawal error

In accounts module while drawal of monthly pay bills it shows error
time out expired:

run-time error '-2147467259(80004005)'

The COMMIT TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION.

Solution:

• Download attached .exl file  and run using script tool
