Solution for the account opening error-"The customer record is not entered through the HCCFM menu option" in DOP Finacle

  • When we open a new account of any scheme sometimes we will face the error "The customer record is not entered through the HCCFM menu option"in DOP Finacle
  • The said error can occur in any account opening irrespective of the scheme.
  • The error screen shot of the above problem will appear as shown in the below screen shot for reference to all the viewers.

  • From the above screen one can observe the error "The customer record is not entered through the HCCFM menu option" 

Root Cause of the Above Problem:- 


  • The above problem will occur when the customer records are not updated properly in the database during the migration or CIF creation it happens sometimes in DOP Finacle.

Solution for the Above Problem:- 

  • User has to navigate the details page of CMRC for the CIF ID with which account needs to be created to create entry into HCCFM if does not exist. No need to submit the CMRC screen.
  • Even if the same error occurs after following the above procedure, please send the detailed description along with the latest error screen shot to raise the issue with HD team.
