When a customer approaches the post office after the maturity of any TD account and if the term is nearly one year, then instead of giving PMI to the customer, we can re-deposit the TD account from the date of maturity with the TD interest rate.
Step by step procedure for TD Re-Deposit in DOP Finacle
1.Invoke HTDREN menu
2.Function - Renewal
3.Enter TD A/C ID
4.Click on GO(F4)
5.Select Calculate Overdue Int as YES
6.Select Print Renewal Confirmation as IMMEDIATE
7.Click on SUBMIT(F10)
8.System will display a message. Click on OK
9.Verify the Transaction in the same menu in supervisor login.
