Reversal of Wrong Deposit in SSA Account of POFinacle

Suknya Samridhi Account is a Debit Freeze account. Only deposit can be  made. Whenever any wrong deposit made, it may be difficult to reversal of this wrong deposit. 

As you know the deposit in SSA is happened through CTM command. Suppose you deposit Rs1000/- instead of Rs100/-. In this situation we can follow below step to reversal of deposit amount.

1. First we have to unfreeze SSA Account.

• Menu Shortcut - HAFSM
• GO
• The following screen will be displayed

• Function - U-Unfreeze
• A/c ID - SSA Account No.
• Go
• The following screen will be displayed.

• Select the Check Box as given in screen shoot.
• Submit
• Verify from supervisor in same command
• Now the account is unfreeze.

2. Reversal the amount in CTM Command

• Menu shortcut - CTM
• GO

• Function - A-Add
• A/c ID - SSA Account No.
• Amt - 1000
• Transaction Particular - RVSL For Wrong Deposit
• Mode of Transaction - Withdrawal Slip
• Post
• Note the tran ID and verify from Supervisor.

3. Freeze the Account

• Menu Shortcut - HAFSM
• GO
• The following screen will be available.

• Function - F-Freeze
• Freeze Code - Debit Only
• Go
• The following screen will be displayed.

• Select the Check Box.
• Submit
• Verify from supervisor in same command.
• Now you can check in HACLI  menu for confirming reversal process.
