As a Microsoft Student Associate or MSA, you will represent your local campus as technology enthusiasts and social media/marketing evangelists. Specifically speaking, as Microsoft Student Associate, you will:

  • Drive student outreach and learning initiatives by hosting activities like workshops, boot camps etc.
  • Be a catalyst in driving initiatives around social impact involving students from local campuses
  • Contribute in empowering the industry and academia ecosystem by constantly playing a role of an evangelist in the community
Microsoft is looking for students, who are passionate about Microsoft technologies, software, services and products, Energetic, self-motivated, involved in organizing events at your campus, well connected with students and faculty members and have good communication skills
Difference between MSP and MSA
Microsoft Student Partners are application builders, developers, programmers, coders, whereas Microsoft Student Associates are technology enthusiasts, student influencers who use technology for social impact. This MSA program is open to students across all disciplines and not restricted to students enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics courses. The MVP Student Mentor Program, by the way, pairs Microsoft MVP’s with MSP’s, and lets the latter gain from the expertise and experience of the former.
Interested? Join the Microsoft Student Associates Program! Quickly visit Microsoft to apply. Registration closes soon, I believe.
