Things To Consider Before Installing Windows 10

Windows 10 is here may not be the final OS but the preview version and many Windows genuine users have got the invite and are registered to get the upgrade on July 29th. If you are  one of them who received this invite then you are getting the Windows 10 for free, without any cost reports Microsoft.

       

But before you go there, check out this read as to what specifications your computer should carry to be compatible and the updated OS editions to run the new Windows 10.


Upgrade Path and Information


The upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 which ever you are on is free as long as the conditions are met and they are:


If your computer is running on Windows 7 Sp1 or Windows 8 then you are bound to get the Windows 10 for free if the OS is a genuine copy.


Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 8.1 editions will be upgraded to Windows 10 Home.


Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 8.1 Pro will be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.


The Enterprise editions as well as Windows RT systems are not eligible. The final version and the complete Windows 10 will make its appearance on July 29th.
