How to Send an Email with Any From Address

There are a few ways to send an email with any FROM address but first, what does this mean? Sending an email from any FROM address means you can anonymously send an email, or choose any from address to send from. Maybe you are away from your email account but need to send an email to someone. If you send the email with no FROM address then how can the person ever reply to you?

Send an Email with Any From Address

Like I said, there are a few ways to send an email with any from address. You can even choose to send an email anonymously but that can be a bit sneaky.

Use a Free Online Email Sending Service

Here are two websites I found when I “Googled” to send an email with any from address.
  1. http://deadfake.com/Send.aspx
  2. http://www.sendanonymousemail.net/
All you have to do is fill in the form. See the screenshot below.

Send an Email with Any From Address Using Outlook

Email accounts in Outlook do not generally offer the from option so you need to enable it. Also the newer versions of this program might not let you put any only email address in. You might need to create a new email account for you to have the option to send from that email.

How to enable the from option in Outlook?

If you have multiple accounts in Outlook you can choose which email you want to send from.
To send a message with a different email address in the From  line from Outlook, firstly you will need to create a new message in Outlook.
In Outlook 2007
  • Go to the Options tab in the message’s toolbar.
  • Click Show From to make sure it is enabled.
In Outlook 2003
  • Select View | From Field from the menu to make sure it is checked.
  • Type the desired email address in the From… field.

Notes on Sending Emails With ANY From Address:

  1. In Windows Live email you can choose which email you want to send from but do not have the option to send from ANY email address.
  2. Sending an email from an anonymous email address is considered spam.
