This tweak will help you to improve the speed of your Windows Operating System. You may not be interested in the appearance of your OS after applying this tweak, if so you can roll back this tweak.
- First, open System Properties by Right Clicking and selecting Properties on My Computer icon
- Now, Select the Advanced tab and click Settings
- Under the Visual Effects tab, select Adjust for best performance option
- Press OK twice
- Now, go to Folder Options by selecting it from the Tools menu in any folder
- Under the View tab, Uncheck the following options if enabled
- Automatically search for network folders and printers
- Display file size information in folder tips
- Display simple folder view in Explorer’s Folders list
- Show encrypted of compressed NTFS files in color
- Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items
- Use simple file sharing (Recommended)
- Press OK
- You’re Done…!
