Nike Training Club
An official app from sportswear company Nike, the training app provides 60 workouts of 15, 30 and 45-minutes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and allows the user to ‘unlock’ badges as they hit milestones. ‘NTC’ is designed with women in mind but men will find it just as rewarding. There are other Nike apps aimed at men, however, such as Nike Boom.
