HCAACTD is command is used for both Normal and Claim Closure of MIS/TD Account. We have to waive of Penal interest in Claim Closure of MIS. The process of waive of Penal Interest is given here.
- Menu Shortcut - HCAACTD
- GO
- The following screen will be appeared
- Function - Z-Close
- Account ID -
- Closure Value Date – Date of Death
- GO
- The following screen will be displayed
- Click Closure Detail TAB
- Collect Penal Int - No
- Close Mode – Select Transfer
- Repayment A/c ID – SB A/c or Post Master Cheque A/c
- Click on Closure Exception Tab
- Closure Reason - DTCLM
- Click on Submit for verification – Note Tran ID
- Login as supervisor
- Menu Shortcut - HCAACVTD
- GO
- Function – Verify
- A/c ID
- Click on Go
- Click on Closure Details Tab
- Click on Closure Exception Tab
- Submit
