CNSBCV command is used for Bulk discharge of Certificate in Finacle. Sometime we receive an error message "verify/cancel is pending for this registration number and CIFID" at the time of Bulk Discharge.
Then we try to Vrify or Cancel for this registration Number. Now We also get the second error "There is nothing to verify or cancel". This situation is very painful.
Finacle Solution :-
- Login as CPA
- Menu Shortcut - HCAACVTD
- GO
- Function - X-Cancel
- A/c ID -
- GO
- Cancel All Account ID one by one.
- Now try to Discharge Certificate in CNSBCV
- This will work fine.
