RD Extension or Continuation in DOP Finacle

RD account can be extended after completion of Five year and 60 installment in Finacle. The extension period is 5 year. PRDCM command is used for RD Extension. PRDCM stands for "Perform Recurring Deposit Continuation on Maturity". The process of using this command is given below:-

1. Menu Shortcut - PRDCM
2. GO
3. The following screen will be appeared on main screen.

• Fuction - C-continue
• A/c ID - Customer RD Account No.
• GO
• The following screen will be displayed.

• Continuation Deposit Tenure - 60
• Click Generate
• Submit
• Login As supervisor
• Menu shortcut - PRDCM
• GO
• The following screen will be displayed

• Function - V-Verify
• A/c ID - Customer RD Account
• GO
• The following screen will be displayed

• Submit
• Now new maturity date is extended for 5 year.
