Files downloaded from email/websites will be stored in the following default path.
Internet Explorer(Windows7)/Chrome :
C:
\Users\Username\Downloads
Mozilla Firefox:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\Downloads
However, the Downloads folder can be configured as per need. If not configured, the files downloaded will be available in the default Downloads folder mentioned above.
To open the default Downloads folder, option is provided in the Weblink. So don't be panic where your downloads gone.
