Message from CPMG Office Odisha Circle -- Regarding e-Post Printing Problem :
Chennai City Region in Tamilnadu Circle has got a business of booking 3 lakh epost messages from Star Health Insurance Co, Chennai. A total of 86,000 e post messages were uploaded in to the epost server in the last 3 days.
Report were received from various of the Country that blank pages only are printed while attempting to print these epost messages. We have conducted a detailed study of the issue and it was observed that the epost messages are able to be printed in "Mozilla Firefox" and there is still an issue with "Internet Explorer 8.0 & i.e 9.0" . The issue has been referred to Shri Ravi, Technical Director NIC in Dak Bhawan for remedies.He assured to privde solution shortly.
