Reversal of any type of Transaction with HCRT Command in Finacle

HCRT command stands for "Create and Update  Reversal Transaction" in Finacle. When we are doing wrongly transaction without knowing. The use of HCRT command is best method of reversing any type of transaction. The following procedure is given for reversing of Transaction.

Suppose we deposit the amount in SB account twice. Then we have to reversal one of deposit. 

• Invoke HCRT
• GO

• Option - Reversal
• Function - R- Request
• Transaction ID - IN....
• Go

• Select the transaction 
• Submit
• Now A Reference No.  start with S...... will be appeared. Please note the Tran ID.
• Login with supervisor
• Invoke HCRT command
• GO

• Function - V-Verify
• Ref No. - 
• GO
• Submit.
