- Menu Shortcut - HAFSM > GO
- The following screen appears
- A/C ID - Account ID
- Freeze Code - Total Freeze
- Freeze Reason Code - Select from Searcher
- GO
- The following screen appears
- Select the Box as given in image
- Submit
- Login as supervisor

- Function - V-Verify
